Absolutely love the food here. Just moved from md and my friend brought me here a couple weeks ago, food was so great decided to come back tonight to see if it is still as yummy as I remember...tonight I had the General tsos chicken, it was amazing! Granted, the pieces of chicken were quite large but still crispy and juicy...it comes with an egg roll, wonton soup and pork fried rice ($10) to which I add egg, scallion and bean sprouts to which they are totally accommodating for me! The soup was so yummy (a little salty but oh so delicious)... My first visit I had the sweet and sour chicken (not a fan of the sauce) regardless of all the tiny little complaints I still looooove their food and worth the 15 min drive each way...will not disappoint!

So unfortunate. My husband and I enjoyed the food but the customer service was horrible. My husband ordered a quart. What arrived was a pint. We even filled the container with water and measured it. It was 2 cups, not 4. We called back to inform them of the mistake. Instead of apologizing, refunding the difference or crediting us for next time, they just insisted that that is "their" quart and no amends would be made. I tried explaining that a quart is not a subjective measurement, it is what it is and we were given only half of a quart. It all fell on deaf ears. We wont be spending our money here again.

I've been eating their food for over ten years, great customer service, good food, big portions and well priced. My favorite is egg foo young, pork fried rice and shrimp subgum to name a few dishes.

Funny just had same experience...very poor customer service, they seem almost to want to argue. Food is good but not good enough to accept that level of customer service,

For quick (takeout) and tasty Chinese food this is a pretty good choice. The veg fried rice is excellent as are the veg egg rolls. Hot and sour soup Is good too. Singapore noodles are so-so. I think the staff is very friendly.

Authentic, delicious Chinese cuisine. It's a shame that it can't be enjoyed, because orders aren't recorded with much care and the employees don't posses adequate communication skills. Is a vegetarian's request to exchange of a noodle dish full of pork for the same, sans pork, too much to ask? And even if such an appeal was too bold of the customer, a polite refusal, not the beginning of an argument, would be much appreciated. In clear English, mind. My family and I have been faithful Dragon Inn customers for quite some time, ordering take-out at least once a week. But we've reached the last straw, and while we will yearn for their delicious fried rice, we will not miss their... ah, customer service.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
